CONFIDENTIALITY
Sessions and your information shared with me are confidential and will never be shared. All readings and services are completely private and confidential.
I am committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of your personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”). Personal Information is currency, so it’s important to me and important to you. I will not share your Personal Information with third parties, unless you have otherwise consented, or when it is required or permitted by law. Providing me with your Personal Information is always your choice. However, your decision not to provide certain information may limit my ability to provide you with my products, goods or services.
ETHICS
Persons younger than 18 years of age need a written consent from their parent or legal guardian to receive my services.
No matter your sexual orientation, gender identity, racial identity, ethnicity, cultural identity, religion, beliefs, physical ability, socioeconomic status, social class, age, etc., I will respect you and hold space for you. All are welcome as you are. I am here to serve my clients with the best of my ability, with respect, honesty, integrity, with supportive intentions and with compassion sharing my knowledge, awareness and training.
DISCLAIMER
You acknowledge that my services are not a substitute for licensed medical, legal, business, financial, therapeutic, or other health care service, nor any other professional advice for which I am not qualified. In such cases, I will recommend you to seek help and guidance from a medical, legal, business, financial, therapeutic, or other professional.
I do not give specific financial, legal, medical or any other advice that I am not professionally qualified to offer.
My readings are constructive and empowering for my clients.
The contents of a tarot or astrology reading are not legally binding. Any decisions made, or actions taken by you as a result of your reading or my services are your sole responsibility and have not been forced upon you, by me, your tarot reader, astrologer, reiki practitioner or end of life doula.
I assume no legal liability for any damages, losses, or other consequences of any client decisions, subsequent to, or based on, my tarot readings or services. Please use your own insight, personal choice and judgment at all times. It is only with the complete understanding and acceptance of the above that your reading or my service offering will take place.
You acknowledge that any and all predictions of the future are not guaranteed outcomes. The predictions are expressions of opinion only. The predictions are based on the current events and the outcome can be influenced by your decisions and choices you make by your free will from the moment the Tarot reading is delivered to you.
POLICIES:
As a matter of policy, I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason. Zero tolerance for any hate speech, slander, or any forms of harm.
CANCELLATION POLICY, RETURN POLICY, AND REFUND POLICY
If, for any reason (illness or personal), I am not available or able to do your reading or offer a service, I will give a full and complete refund and you can have the option of rescheduling.
If you are not able to attend your appointment I will make every effort to reschedule you, with adequate notice. I require a minimum of 2 hours notice.
Failure to give at least 2 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of 20% of your appointment fee. No shows and late cancellations will not be rebooked until full payment has been received. Multiple late cancellations on paid appointments will result in your payment being forfeited and refusal to book any further appointments.
Refunds will only be provided upon mutual agreement when the actual service has not been performed. Keep in mind that most often I begin preparing for your service request in advance of your appointment. If you would like to cancel your booked reading, please email me immediately or no later than 12 hours after you have placed your order. No refunds will be issued if you are not satisfied with your reading or service for any reason.
